Ordered the 3 bench seat cushions in natural. They arrived in a couple of days. Good packaging. Product is great - just as described with removable washable covers and each cushion came in a hanging bag just like it said on the website.
Good value too - I found this to be the cheapest option I could find with removable washable covers - most cushions I found said that they were wipe clean only. Not keen on that considering they will be outside with all sorts of rodents and birds leaving messages - lots of kids use our garden.

Overall good service. I originally ordered the 3 seater cushions in error, and I had the items exchanged to the 2 seater ones. There was a cost of £10 which wasn't too bad and response times for queries could have been better. The items seem of good quality and overall am pleased with my purchase (Posted on 07/06/2010)
